I draw my inspiration from the unique story within every person I photograph.
I grew up around Joshua trees.
They're twisted, gnarled, sharp, and not what you think of when you picture the word "tree".
Yet, they're impressive: resilient to the elements, unique in their growth, and without a doubt, beautiful.
Joshua trees are like humans. They do not fit a single mold.
I hope my work reminds people that true beauty doesn't lie in the magazines or Instagram feeds seeking same-ness.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
It'll be easier than you think, I promise! Before the shoot, we'll discuss location and what you'll wear (preplanning is crucial to capturing purposeful photography). If you would like suggestions on posing, I'll be happy to assist to make this as comfortable as possible.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Travel expenses are included in all packages sold within 100 miles of Los Angeles. Any additional expenses will be discussed and agreed upon before any contracts are signed.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Of course! On my days off, I'm frequently searching in the mountains, deserts, and local parks to build up my own personal collection of beautiful backdrops you won't see anywhere else.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Southern California is sunny more days than not, so this shouldn't be an issue. But if rain, snow, wildfires or dangerous winds threaten your perfect picture, I'm happy to reschedule without charge.
